It was great to be a part of the 9th Forensic Engineering Congress. Paul Bosela Jr assisted with the Congress by being on the Steering Committee, reviewing papers and was the Moderator for the Technical Session “Hail and Ice Damming”. Paul Bosela Sr. was also part of the Congress as a Moderator for the Technical Session “Foundation and Slope Failure” and was a panel judge for the first “Forensic Division Student Failure Case Studies Competition”. Check out the Program.
The Congresses are put on by the Forensic Engineering Division (FED) of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). They provide vast information and knowledge including receiving all the papers in the proceedings and listening to the authors present on their papers. It also provides great fellowship and networking opportunities. To learn more about FED. If interested in contributing to the organization consider joining one of the Technical Committees.
